Cancellation of Attraction and Activity Bookings
- A cancellation request sent at any time from before the hotel check-in date and up to 7 days after the check-in date will result in the digital money being refunded and added back to the wallet balance.
- A cancellation request sent more than 48 hours before the hotel check-in date will result in a refund of the full amount paid by credit card.
- A cancellation request sent within 48 hours before the hotel check-in date and up to 7 days after the check-in date will result in a refund of 80% of the amount paid by credit card. If an activity was booked for a specific date through iTravelJerusalem.com, the activity date will be considered the last date eligible for an 80% refund, even if that date falls before the end of 7 days from the check-in date.
A cancellation request sent after 7 days from the hotel check-in date will not be eligible for any refund of the amount paid by credit card. If an activity was booked for a specific date through iTravelJerusalem.com, no refund will be given, even if that date falls before the end of 7 days from the hotel check-in date.
Cancellation in Cases Where Advance Booking Is Required for Attractions or Activities
- Advance booking and cancellation of reserved places must be done only directly with the business providing the attraction/activity, according to that business’s policy. Some businesses may require a credit card as security in order to hold the reserved places.
- Exact information regarding the cancellation policy for attractions/activities that require advance booking will be displayed for each attraction/activity according to the cancellation policy and under the responsibility of the business providing the attraction/activity.
