Good service ,quick and they understand  orders of specialty  request,like
Cappuccino, no foam, strong in glass with no handle 😎
They are quick
The crowd is walking plus pensioners  that take up most of the tables in the mall and sit for hours besides the walk bytes whim do shopping
This aroma has been around awhile and does well

The worst Aroma in the city. They managed to fail in every dish we ordered when asked to replace or fix, and they argued with us.  They did not apologize or show any empathy. Our kid was crying because what he ordered went wrong, and they didn't agree to replace it. Compared to the Emek Refaim branch, which has excellent service, friendly people and atmosphere.
This is my first and the last visit to the Pierre Kenig Brach in the Hadar Mall.

I don’t like to be a moaner. However today was a low day at this aroma. Normally the engagement with the staff is minimal anyway because they are busy but still they tend to be cold. Today however I had to ask for the coffee to be changed because I had received the wrong milk. The response was first to think I was wrong…. Not good. No one was willing to taste to check…not good. Then when a new coffee was prepared the response was ice cold and frankly unkind despite the fact that they had made the mistake. It’s a shame because I normally appreciate the speed and efficiency of this place.

The chairs are comfortable,the dishes are convenient,the service is fast ,the atmosphere is nice. But ! As always ,the human factor is very weak. Of the 5 things i added (paid) to my breakfast 3 were forgotten. Lack of attention to details is very dissaponting every time . The food is ok, average

Aroma Kenion Hadar, very bad experience with the employee serving. They were rude and didn’t give me the coffee in cups as I asked but in to go paper cups. Very disappointed of the whole experience. Asked a big Capuccino and I got a small one.
