Live shows by alternative and rock bands take place almost every night, and spontaneous jam sessions are also a welcome and frequent occurrence. Blaze Bar is located in the city center, in what used to be Jerusalem’s largest video arcade. The pub is owned by one of the leading thrash-metal figures in the city, the vocalist of the band ShworchtseChaye.

Nice space. Off the beaten track. Live music, comedy nights. Mostly locals enjoying the night out. Great host and barkeep. Lively atmosphere.

Good ambience and really enjoy metal Sundays. That said, people other than the bar staff all know each other and weren't particularly outgoing to welcome a stranger
