The Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem’s Old City, is of spiritual significance to Judaism, Christianity and Islam. This tour provides an afternoon of spectacular views, fascinating historical overviews, fresh air and olive trees.
The tour will visit the oldest Jewish burial ground in the world, with thousands of graves dating back to the Canaanite era.
You will also visit important ancient churches, the Mosque of Ascension and Mary’s tomb, from where you will take a short walk back to the Lion’s Gate of the Old City, or a bus to the Western Wall (the Kotel).
